Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a 1990 American live-action film adaptation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise directed by Steve Barron. The film was followed by three sequels: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze in 1991, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III in 1993, and TMNT in 2007. This film presents the origin story of Splinter and the Turtles, the initial meeting between them, April O'Neil and Casey Jones, and their first confrontation with The Shredder and his Foot Clan. The film is distributed by New Line Cinema and outside the United States is internationally distributed by Golden Harvest.

When the New York City Police Department is unable to stop a severe crime wave caused by the Foot Clan, four vigilantes — Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello and Raphael — come forth to save the city. Under the leadership of Splinter and together with their new-found allies April O'Neil and Casey Jones, they fight back and take the battle to The Shredder. The film kept very close to the dark feel of the original comics, and is a direct adaptation of the comicbook storyline involving the defeat of Shredder, with several elements also taken from the animated series that was airing at the time, such as April being a news reporter, and the turtles having different-colored masks, as opposed to the uniform red masks of the comic. The film was the highest-grossing independent film of all time when it was released, and became the ninth highest grossing film worldwide of 1990 and the most successful film in the franchise.

Die Hard is a 1988 American action film directed by John McTiernan and written by Steve de Souza and Jeb Stuart. It is an adaptation of the 1979 bestselling novel Nothing Lasts Forever by Roderick Thorp following off-duty New York City Police Department officer John McClane (Bruce Willis) as he takes on a group of highly organized criminals in a Los Angeles skyscraper led by Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman), who perform a heist under the guise of a terrorist attack using hostages, including McClane's wife Holly (Bonnie Bedelia), to keep the police at bay.


 NYPD detective John McClane arrives in Los Angeles to reconcile with his estranged wife, Holly. Limo driver Argyle drives McClane to her company headquarters, the Nakatomi Plaza building, for their Christmas party. While McClane retreats to the bathroom to freshen up after his plane trip, heavily armed terrorists take the celebrants hostage. German Hans Gruber leads twelve others: Karl, Franco, Tony, Theo, Alexander, Marco, Kristoff, Eddie, Uli, Heinrich, Fritz and James. McClane slips away, in undershirt and bare feet, armed only with his service pistol.

Gruber singles out Nakatomi executive Joseph Takagi, claiming he will teach the corporation a lesson against greed. Away from the hostages, Gruber interrogates Takagi for the computer code to access the building vault. Gruber admits that terrorism is a cover story for stealing $640 million in bearer bonds from the vault. Takagi refuses to cooperate and is executed while McClane secretly observes.
McClane kills Karl's brother Tony, takes his weapon and uses his radio to contact the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department), who send Sgt. Al Powell to investigate, while Hans sends two men to stop McClane. McClane kills Heinrich and Marco, taking a bag of C-4 explosives and detonators. Gruber sends Eddie, who is dressed as a building security guard to meet Powell, who leaves satisfied until McClane drops Marco's corpse from an upper window onto his patrol car. This alerts the terrorists, who fire on the car as Powell drives away in reverse. Powell alerts LAPD, who quickly arrive and surround the building.

Jaka Sembung (also titled The Warrior for international distribution) is a 1981 Indonesian fantasy martial arts film, based on a character of the same name on a comic book by Djair. Directed by Sisworo Gautama, one of the best-known Indonesian action directors, Jaka Sembung has established its position as a classic Indonesian action movie. Main roles are played by Barry Prima (the title role), Dicky Zulkarnaen (Commander Van Schram), Eva Arnaz (Surti), and Indo actress Dana Christina (Maria van Schram).
Jaka Sembung has many sequels.

 The story is about local warrior-freedom fighter Parmin (nicknamed Jaka Sembung) who fights against Dutch colonial army in West Java in 19th century. During his struggle, he has to face hired warriors and pagan magician Kohar (S. Parya) who are Dutch operatives with supernatural powers. The final showdown is between Jaka Sembung and Ki Item (W.D. Mochtar), a warrior with magical power - his organs (hands, feet, head, etc.) may be cut off his body, but as long as it touches the ground, the organs will return. Only by his wit and skills Jaka Sembung can finally defeat this deadly warrior.

Fist of the North Star - 1986

Fist of the North Star (劇場版 世紀末救世主伝説 北斗の拳 Gekijōban Seikimatsu Kyūseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken^?, Fist of the North Star Theatrical Version: Legend of the Century's End Savior) is a 1986 Japanese animated film adaptation of the manga series of the same name. It was produced by Toei Animation, the same studio who worked on the TV series that was airing at the time, with the same cast and crew working on both projects. The film adapts the storyline of the manga from the beginning of the series up until Kenshiro's first match with his rival and elder brother Raoh, with many liberties taken with the order of events and how the story unfolds (including the roles of several characters). However, the film retains the more violent content of the original manga, which the television series lacked.

In "199X," civilization was ruined as a result of a worldwide nuclear war and many creatures died out. In spite of these events, mankind survived and entered an age where the strong ruled over the weak, as the few survivors fought over whatever supply of food and uncontaminated water remained in the wasteland of the world.

Kenshiro, the rightful successor to the ancient assassination art of Hokuto Shinken, wanders into a village in search of water when he is caught in a trap and imprisoned by the local defense force. In prison, he befriends a young orphaned girl named Lin who nursed him back to health. When the village is attacked by a biker gang and Lin is taken hostage by their leader, Ken breaks free from his cell and rescues Lin by defeating the leader with his deadly martial art technique. Kenshiro leaves the village and continues his journey, now accompanied by a young thief named Bat.

He becomes involved against the KING organization after witnessing the many atrocities they've committed. As he infiltrates the gang's stronghold in the city of Southern Cross, he finds out that the leader of KING is his old nemesis, the Nanto Seiken master Shin, the man who engraved the seven scars on Kenshiro's chest and kidnapped his fiancee Yuria. Kenshiro emerges victorious in his rematch with Shin, only to find out that Yuria is no longer with Shin....

Judge Dredd - 1995 (Starring Sylvester Stallone)

Judge Dredd is a 1995 American science fiction action film directed by Danny Cannon, and starring Sylvester Stallone, Diane Lane, Rob Schneider, Armand Assante, and Max von Sydow. The film is based on the strip of the same name in the British comic 2000 AD. It was a critical and commercial disappointment.


In the 3rd millennium, much of Earth has become an uninhabitable wasteland. The majority of humanity resides in huge Mega-Cities, where the traditional justice system has been replaced by a corps of Judges whose role combines those of police officer, judge, jury, and executioner. The most dedicated "Street Judge" in Mega-City One is Joseph Dredd (Sylvester Stallone), who assists Judge Hershey (Diane Lane) in ending a block war. Herman Ferguson (Rob Schneider), a hacker recently released from prison, is caught in the firefight and hides inside a food dispensing robot, only to be arrested by Dredd and sentenced to five years' imprisonment for tampering with city property.

Rico (Armand Assante), a former Judge turned psychopathic murderer, escapes from prison and reclaims his Judge's uniform and "Lawgiver" gun as well as a decommissioned combat robot. A news reporter (Mitch Ryan) critical of Dredd is soon murdered, and Dredd is the chief suspect. Hershey acts as Dredd's defense lawyer in a trial before a tribunal of Council Judges including Dredd's mentor Chief Judge Fargo (Max von Sydow) and Judge Griffin (Jürgen Prochnow). Dredd is found guilty based on DNA evidence: The Lawgiver encodes the DNA of the wielder onto each round fired, and the DNA from the murder weapon matches Dredd's. Fargo steps down as Chief Judge, asking as his last request that the Council spare Dredd's life. Dredd is sentenced to life imprisonment while Fargo embarks on his "long walk", a tradition in which a retiring Judge ventures into the "Cursed Earth" wasteland "to bring law to the lawless". Griffin, who freed Rico and had him frame Dredd for the murder, succeeds Fargo as Chief Judge and instructs Rico to sow chaos throughout the city.

Mad Max - 1979 (Starring Mel Gibson)

Mad Max is a 1979 Australian dystopian action film directed by George Miller and revised by Miller and Byron Kennedy over the original script by James McCausland, starring Mel Gibson, who had not yet become famous. Its narrative based on the traditional western genre, Mad Max tells a story of breakdown of society, love and revenge. It became a top-grossing Australian film, holding the Guinness record for most profitable film for decades and has been credited for further opening up the global market to Australian New Wave films. It was also the first Australian film to be shot with a widescreen anamorphic lens. The first film in the series, Mad Max spawned sequels Mad Max 2 in 1981 and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome in 1985. A fourth installment, Mad Max: Fury Road starring actor Tom Hardy as Max, is currently in production.

In a dystopic future Australia, after the Earth's oil supplies were nearly exhausted, law and order has begun to break down due to energy shortages. On the deserted roads of the Australian desert, motorcycle gangs have been settling, disrupting the remaining population and looting and stealing fuel, so a Main Force Patrol (MFP) has been created to take control of the highways.
Berserk motorcycle gang member named Crawford "Nightrider" Montizano was arrested for a rampage in Sun City, then killed a MFP officer while being in the police custody, then stole a Pursuit Special (Holden Monaro) and ran away with his girlfriend. One car is already in pursuit, and another unit, which was monitoring the road, joins in, as well as Jim "Goose" Rains, an MFP top motorcycle rider. Goose and the two units chase Nightrider through the town, but a series of problems cause all the units to crash, injuring Goose and several other police officers. Left with no options, Goose calls Max Rockatansky, the top MFP driver, to stop him. Being far away from Nightrider, he positions himself on the road as he approaches, then engages him into a game of chicken. Nightrider panicks, and starts to weep in desperation. Max rams him a couple of times, and they arrive to a rig stuck on the road. Max stops in time, but Nightrider crashes into a rig, exploding and killing him.

 Nightrider's motorcycle gang, called the Zed Runners, led by Toecutter and Bubba Zanetti, is running roughshod over a town, vandalising property, stealing fuel and terrorising the populace, and they have arrived to the town for Nightrider's funeral. A young couple notices them, and seeing trouble, they skip town and leave away in their 50's hot-rod, but Bubba notices them. The gang chases the couple and ram them off the road. They vandalize and destroy the car, strip both of them, beat up the man and rape his girlfriend. Max and Goose find them, with the girl badly injured, and the guy running away in the field. They also find Johnny "The Boy", who was too high to leave on his bike, and arrest him. When the surviving girlfriend is a no show, with no witnesses appearing, the courts throw the case out and Johnny is released. An angry Goose is restrained while he and Johnny exchange violent threats. After Bubba Zanetti drags Johnny away, MFP Captain Fred "Fifi" Macaffee tells his officers to do whatever it takes to apprehend the gangs, "so long as the paperwork's clean."

The Green Hornet is a television show on the ABC US television network. It aired for the 1966–1967 TV season, and starred Van Williams as the Green Hornet/Britt Reid and Bruce Lee as Kato.

The Green Hornet followed the adventures of playboy and media mogul Britt Reid, owner and publisher of the Daily Sentinel. As the masked vigilante Green Hornet, Britt fought crime with the assistance of his martial-artist partner Kato and his weapons-enhanced car the Black Beauty with license plate V-194. On police records, Green Hornet is a wanted criminal when in reality Green Hornet pretends to be a criminal in order to infiltrate and battle the criminal gangs, leaving them and the incriminating evidence for the police's arrival. Britt's dual identity is known only to his secretary Lenore "Casey" Case and District Attorney Frank P. Scanlon.

The single-season series premiered September 9, 1966, and ran through July 14, 1967 lasting 26 episodes.

The character had originated as the star of a 1930s to 1950s radio series, and had previously been adapted to movie serials, comic books, and other media.

Filem ini pada asalnya bertajuk "Urban Commando", dan bertujuan untuk Danny DeVito dan Arnold Schwarzenegger. Apabila kedua-dua memilih untuk membuat Twins (1988), skrip telah dibeli oleh New Line Cinema sebagai susulan kepada satu lagi filem Hulk Hogan 

 Antara bintang pahlawan Shep Ramsey (Hulk Hogan) adalah dalam misi untuk menangkap intergalactic zalim General Suitor (William Ball). General diculik oleh Presiden Hashina, pemerintah planet keseluruhan. Perdana Shep papan Suitor's tetapi tidak dapat menyelamatkan Hashina, yang dibunuh oleh penuntut. General kemudian bertukar menjadi reptilia asing mengamuk selepas cedera. Shep hampir melarikan diri, tetapi mampu untuk meletupkan kapal itu dia berbuat demikian.

The Running Man - 1987

The Running Man  adalah filem Amerika fiksyen sains di keluarkan 1987  berdasarkan novel Stephen King pada 1982 dengan tajuk yang sama. Diarahkan oleh Paul Michael Glaser, filem bintang Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Conchita Alonso, Jesse Ventura, Jim Brown, dan Richard Dawson.

Pengarah Andrew Davis dipecat satu minggu ke dalam penggambaran dan digantikan dengan Glaser. Schwarzenegger telah menyatakan ini adalah satu "keputusan dahsyat" sebagai Glaser " filem ini seperti ia adalah satu rancangan televisyen, kehilangan semua tema-tema yang lebih mendalam."  Paula Abdul dikreditkan dengan koreografi daripada Running Man kumpulan tarian.
